Review I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Sugar Land Smile Center! I had 4 teeth extracted, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and completely painless. The doctor has an awesome personality and made me feel right at home and comfortable throughout the whole experience. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made the entire experience even better. The prices were also perfect and very affordable for someone paying cash, which I really appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the care I received and would highly recommend Sugar Land Smile Center to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Was referred to Sugarland Smile Center by my normal dentist for more intrusive oral surgery. That got me in quick, discussed all options / costs, and scheduled a quick turnaround to start the repair ( 1week). I needed an implant, so it is still a work in progress. But, so far I am very pleased with the service and care I’ve received.

TL;DR: Weeks of sleepless, tooth-grinding agony — fixed by Dr. Ashok Kota at Sugar Land Smile Center like it was nothing. From check-in to check-out, the smoothest experience I've ever had at a dentist. If you're in pain, stop scrolling and book him. For weeks, I didn't sleep. A wisdom tooth was throbbing in time with my heartbeat. Painkillers bought a couple of hours, then the pain came back to collect its debt. And here's what messed with my head — I take my dental hygiene seriously. I do everything right. But bad sleep doesn't stay in your mouth. It bleeds into your work, your mood, your whole life. A friend referred me to Dr. Kota. Best referral I've ever gotten. From the second I walked in, the whole thing just flowed. Check-in was warm and quick — no clipboard purgatory. The staff made me feel like a person, not a chart number. Then Dr. Kota walked in and something shifted. He didn't rush. He didn't talk over me. He listened — actually listened — nodded, and smiled like a man who'd already solved it. Because he had. Problem: a wisdom tooth. Fix: removal. Sounds simple. It wasn't — he made it simple. We are so grateful for the exceptional care provided by the dental office . Doctor explained everything clearly and was very professional and ensure my parents felt comfortable throughout. He answered every query and spent good amount of time explaining in detail. The team was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. Highly recommend for anyone seeking caring and Professional and high quality Dental Services!!

I would not advise picking this dentist as your provider. I went to him because I missplaced my dentures. I paid a $900 drposit and found my denture next day. Because I stopped moving forward he took out $249 out of my deposit and failed to give me a bill. He refused to turn charges into my Insurance. He clearly is retallating against me. Had to get Medicare involed. United Healthcare is removing him from thete referral list! It is a damn shame how these Drs treat seniors! I am going to be refunded but will probablu take 30 fays. I learned a lesson to never pay for services upfront until all work is !

Had a great experience with Dr. Kota. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and very helpful in explaining treatment options. The staff is equally friendly and supportive, which makes visits much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ashok Kota and his ENTIRE team and office staff is excellent and extremely caring! I have been taken care of with extreme care since day 1. The team is very knowledgeable! They are a diamond 💎 jewel! I would recommend Sugar Land Smile Center to all people of the World letting them know that this Dental staff and team deserves a 10 Star Plus! I actually made an appointment there to get a second opinion about a crown that another dentist recommended. I’m so happy I went to the smile center because not only did it save me money. The dentist also gave me information about the different types of crowns, and what he recommended seemed to me to be what is best suited for my situation. The staff seemed professional and friendly. The office itself is very very clean. I’m definitely a happy client.
